Billing & credits
How credits work
Voxy bills in credits. Every plan includes a monthly pool of credits that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Calls and conversations draw from that pool as they happen — inbound and outbound alike. There are no per-attempt fees and no surprise overages: when the pool runs low, you simply top up or upgrade. Unused credits do not roll over to the next cycle.
Plans
All prices are in USD. See /pricing for the full feature breakdown.
- Lite — $29/month. 2,500 credits, one agent on a shared number, knowledge base, and post-call summaries. A good first line of defense for a small team.
- Pro — $89/month. 10,000 credits, unlimited agents, multiple dedicated numbers, webhooks, forms, and analytics.
- Business — $349/month. 50,000 credits, more numbers and members, live call monitoring, and a dedicated success engineer.
Top-ups
Need more credits before your next reset? Top up at any time from /workspace/billing. Top-up credits are added to your current balance immediately and are used on the same terms as your plan credits.
Payments
Card payments are processed in USD through our payment provider. Plan renewals and top-ups both bill the card on file from /workspace/billing; once a payment is confirmed, the credits are added to the workspace balance.
Invoices
Every payment generates a PDF invoice numbered VX-<year>-<6-digit-sequence> (per workspace). Download invoices from /workspace/billing by clicking the relevant row.
Low-balance notifications
When your credit balance runs low we notify the workspace owner with a link to top up, and again if the balance is exhausted. Any running outbound campaigns pause automatically when there are no credits left to spend, so you are never billed for work you did not intend.
