How does billing work?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits that resets every billing cycle. Calls and conversations draw from that pool as they happen; when it runs low you can upgrade your plan or top up at any time from /workspace/billing. Unused credits do not roll over.
Which payment methods do you support?
Card payments are processed in USD via our payment provider. Plan renewals and top-ups both bill the card on file — manage everything from /workspace/billing, where each payment generates a downloadable invoice.
Can I connect my own phone numbers?
Yes — Business supports bringing your own numbers via custom SIP trunks. Contact us and we will get them provisioned on your workspace.
What is the founding offer?
New workspaces that start on Pro get 20% off for the first six months. The discount is applied automatically at checkout and continues until the six cycles complete, after which Pro renews at its standard rate.
