Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the Voxy service operated by Voxy, Kemp House, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You can cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable and we do not pro-rate the unused portion.
2. Usage, minutes, and top-ups
Telephony and other metered usage (inbound/outbound call minutes and one-off credit top-ups) are consumed as you use the service and are non-refundable once used. Unused prepaid top-up balances are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Consumer cooling-off (EU / UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Where you ask us to begin providing the service during that period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and that you will pay for services actually provided up to the point you cancel.
4. How to cancel
Cancel from Workspace → Billing in the dashboard, or email info@voxyhq.com and we will process it. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a period already started.
5. Errors and disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@voxyhq.com within 30 days and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a correction. Please contact us before initiating a card chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
