Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Voxy, operated by Voxy. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
1. Prohibited uses
- Anything illegal, or that infringes the rights of others, including intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Fraud, phishing, social engineering, or impersonation intended to deceive.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that is obscene or exploits minors.
- Distributing malware, or probing, scanning, or breaching the security of any system.
- Reverse engineering the service, circumventing usage limits, or reselling access without authorisation.
2. Telephony and messaging rules
- Only place outbound calls where you have a lawful basis and any required consent; honour Do-Not-Call lists and opt-outs.
- Comply with applicable telemarketing and calling-time laws (e.g., TCPA, CASL, PECR, and local equivalents).
- Play the required recording-disclosure greeting where recording is enabled and disclosure is legally required.
- No caller-ID spoofing, toll fraud, traffic pumping, or interference with emergency services.
3. AI-specific rules
- Do not use AI agents to deceptively impersonate a specific real person or organisation.
- Disclose that callers are interacting with an automated agent where required by law.
- Do not use the service to generate prohibited, unlawful, or harmful content.
4. Reliability
The service is not intended for use as a sole channel for emergencies or where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage.
5. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate offending workspaces, with or without notice depending on severity. Report abuse to info@voxyhq.com.
