Voxy plays a configurable disclosure greeting before the AI speaks and respects Do-Not-Call lists. Recordings are stored encrypted in your workspace — not on a shared bucket — and pre-signed URLs expire in 15 minutes. You can disable recording per agent, and GDPR/CCPA data export and deletion are built in.
If the query falls outside your knowledge base, Voxy says so honestly and offers a callback or escalates to a human transfer number you configure. It does not guess or hallucinate. Every gap call is visible in your dashboard so you can improve your knowledge base.
