Quickstart
Go from zero to a live AI voice call in under 10 minutes. Five steps, each described in detail below.
1. Sign up & verify email
Register with email + password. We send a verification email; click the link to activate your account. Email is verified before you can create a workspace.
2. Complete onboarding
The conversational onboarding asks 9 short questions about your business (industry, target use-case, default language, agent name, etc.). Voxy seeds your first workspace plus a starter agent with a system prompt and recording-disclosure greeting tuned to your answers.
3. Verify your business
Most countries require a quick identity and business verification before a phone number can be assigned to you. Upload your documents at /workspace/phone-numbers:
- Government-issued photo ID (front + back)
- Company registration document (tax/VAT ID if any)
- Authorization letter (for the person responsible for the line)
Verification is typically reviewed within one business day.
4. Get a phone number
Browse available numbers at /workspace/phone-numbers. Pick one, confirm it, and bind it to an agent. Your number goes live within a few seconds — no extra setup required.
5. Place a test call
Call your new number from a real phone. The agent answers with its greeting, has a short conversation, and hangs up. Within 30 seconds the call shows up at /workspace/calls with transcript, AI summary, sentiment, and lead temperature.
Optional — webhooks & CRM
Configure a webhook at /workspace/notifications/webhooks to receive call.summary_ready events on your backend. Auto-created leads land at /workspace/crm in a kanban board ready for your sales team.
